Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

To start a return: Log in to your account at account.pocketfullofposies.com, select the order and item(s) you’d like to return, and click Submit Return Request.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Holiday-themed items
  • Sale items
  • Embroidered items
  • Special ordered items
  • Jellycat
  • Maileg
  • Mason Pearson

Note: If you are unhappy with a monogrammed item you received, please contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refunds (Store Credit)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or denial. If approved, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Late or Missing Store Credits
If you haven’t received your credit, check your email (including spam). If it’s still missing, please reach out to us at staff@pocketfullofposies.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For the same item replacement, please email staff@pocketfullofposies.com.

Gifts
If a gift was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be emailed once the item is received and processed. If you’d like to return or exchange a gift, please contact us first at staff@pocketfullofposies.com so we can assist you with the next steps.

Shipping Returns
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.


Pre-Order Policy

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

  • If your order has only pre-order items that arrive at different times, they will ship together when the final item is in stock.

  • If you’d like items shipped separately as they arrive, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Due to high order volume and inventory changes, we cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments once an order is submitted. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your request.
