Embroidery Information
We embroider almost every product right in our store! We love it because it makes the item that much more special or provides a unique touch to a gift. To personalize an item, simply go to the product page and choose from our variety of colors and fonts. We also give an option on all embroidered items for the design and look to be left up to us, the experts! Jenn has been embroidering for 15+ years and knows what will look best. Just give us the name or initials and trust us to make it look great!
Please allow an extra 4 to 5 days for us to work our magic- it's worth it! In addition, when you purchase both an embroidered and non-embroidered items in the same order, the whole order will ship out together when the embroidered item is complete. If you need one item sooner than the embroidered item, we recommend purchasing the items in two separate orders to ensure prompt arrival. All embroidered items are final sale however if you receive an item and are unhappy with it please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to help you!
Don't see an option to embroider an item you really want personalized? We take embroider orders all the time over the phone or email! We can also embroider items that you don't purchase through us.

Thread Colors
When you choose Product Trim Color as a thread color, we hand match the thread to the trim color of the product to ensure it looks good. We like giving our customers this option so it not only makes the product look good, but it makes it easier for everyone.
